Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a Spikit paid subscription. It applies to all purchases made through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, at spikit.dev. Spikit is built and operated by Nacho Poletti, based in Argentina.
1. Free trial
The 14-day trial does not require a credit card and is free of charge. There is nothing to refund for the trial period.
2. Pro Monthly — 14-day refund window
If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge on the Pro Monthly plan, we will refund that first payment in full. This window applies only to your first paid month, not to subsequent renewals.
3. Pro Annual — 30-day refund window
If you cancel within 30 days of your first paid charge on the Pro Annual plan, we will refund that first payment in full. This window applies only to your first paid year, not to subsequent renewals.
4. After the refund window
Outside the windows above, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@spikit.dev from the email address associated with your Spikit account. Please include:
- Your account email.
- The approximate purchase date.
- A short reason (optional, but helpful for us to improve).
We review and process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
6. Exclusions
We may decline a refund in the following cases:
- The request is outside the 14-day (monthly) or 30-day (annual) window.
- The account was suspended or terminated for fraudulent use, abuse, or breach of our Terms & Conditions.
- The purchase was made using a promotional or creator referral code, and the request shows clear signs of abuse (e.g., repeat refunds across multiple accounts).
- A chargeback was already filed for the same charge.
7. BYOK invitations
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) access is provided free of charge by invitation. It is not a paid plan and is therefore not subject to refunds.
8. Mandatory consumer rights
If you are based in a jurisdiction with stricter consumer protection laws (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law), those rights apply in addition to this policy and prevail where they conflict.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
